About Me

I am a personal trainer. I have  two very active and cheeky children, who are 4 and nearly 2 years old. I’m always on the go, l love basically all physical activities from wakeboarding to climbing. This is my “Me time” .
I started training postnatal women after my son was born, and I realised how difficult can it be to get fit and keep fit once you’re a Mum. 
My passion  is to educate women of their postnatal body, to help them recover after the pregnancy and giving birth and to gain strength in a safe way that helps them with their daily tasks around their children. 
I’m all about body positivity and would like to take the pressure of Women what social media puts on us in terms of how should we “bounce back” to our pre- natal body.

I cannot recommend Dora and her classes highly enough.

Dora has a lot of ideas and knowledge on postnatal recovery and adapts the classes to be as hard or as easy as you need it to be. Dora puts a lot of effort into the classes, she really cares about me and my daughter which is unique to Dora. Finally my daughter is relaxed and happy during the class which makes working out even more enjoyable."
