GymMummies classes are for Mums who have fully recovered after giving birth. These gym based classes (without children) are more intense and help women to get strong and develop their cardiovascular fitness. We teach the main lifting techniques and get the members familiar with the gym environment and equipments so they gain the confidence to use them on their own, if they would like to.
Classes run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm.
