Personal training is not the same as personal training after a baby. Your body is different and we need to treat it differently. I don’t overcome issues by ignoring them, I meet them head-on with kindness, confidence and exercise plans unique to what your body needs
 
I often work with women who have come from a different personal training experience, where their needs have not been considered, or training was a matter of doing what worked before having a baby. 
 
I also offer a mobile personal training option, so if you have a child and struggle to get to the gym then I am happy to train you in your home environment.

We understand the sleepless nights, breastfeeding and how your muscles have changed – we’ve been there ourselves too! We will push you hard in a way what is suitable for your body. We will work towards your goals in a way that you’re comfortable with, and that lets you feel good about your progress.

I began my PT sessions last November after a friend invited me to tag along. I haven’t looked back! I train once a week and the results that I have experienced both physically and mentally within such a short space of time have been remarkable. The programme that Emese has put together is fun, demanding and effective. I look forward to it every week as it helps me maintain the right work/life balance. 
Prior to having my son, I did go to the gym but would often do the same routine which became monotonous and ineffective. With Fun Mum’s Fitness, I benefit from learning new exercises safely and correctly which keeps me motivated. 
So much positivity has resulted from me taking the initial leap and starting PT sessions - new friendships, strength and results 
Emese is an amazing personal trainer! She is so supportive and encouraging when I’m finding the exercises challenging. She plans sessions carefully based on my needs. She encourages me to push myself further. She helped me to resolve an issue with my hip and my posture has really improved since working with her. I feel so much stronger than I did. 
 
Emese is calm and reassuring. I was quite nervous to begin with but she put me at ease straight away.

I joined up with my friend to share PT sessions led by the wonderful Emese and it has quickly become one of the highlights of my week! I feel fitter & stronger, my clothes fit better and I feel in a better place mentally to get through some of the sleep deprived nights that come with having a small baby! 
Working out with a friend is great because you are accountable to the other person to show up and of course you can share the cost. 
I love the fact that we focus lots on strength training. I’ve only really done cardio before and it’s really opened my eyes up to what works for my body. Emese makes the session so much fun and the hour whizzes by way too fast! 
I love personal training sessions on Weds nights with Emese! She is professional, knowledgable and supportive. After having two children Emese has tailored the activities to help improve my core,posture and strength and I have noticed a difference already.
