We’re kind of used to getting a “no” as an answer to our question when we ask if our clients are doing their pelvic floor exercises, but it still shocks us when we hear that women don’t even know how to do them! 
There are different views and opinions about it, different approaches. 
NHS recommends using an app, called Squeezy – we, at Funmumsfitness recommend everyone to link doing your exercises to a daily task, for example do them whilst you brush your teeth or make your cuppa. 
And how to do your pelvic floor exercises? It’s so much more into it than squeezing and releasing your pelvic floor muscles!
