They don’t sleep properly, they have low energy and their mineral storage is also low. It takes 1.5 year to refill the minerals and vitamins in their bodies after pregnancy. 
 
A healthy balanced diet helps them to cope with these factors, as it supplies energy and provides the necessary minerals and vitamins to the body. It also maintains a healthy body weight and reduces the risk of chronic disease, leading to overall health and well-being.

After managing my our journey with Endometriosis with lifestyle and nutrition changes, we support clients with conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS and insulin resistance, and also those going through or preparing for IVF, in controlling their symptoms, and loosing weight.
