About this Class 

Becoming a mother is a very special and personal journey. It is a time of major change and transformation. Pregnant women naturally experience daily shifts and changes in their bodies, energy levels and emotions; yoga is a very practical and effective way for mums-to-be to adapt to these changes. Our pregnancy yoga classes are designed for all mums-to-be and are suitable for all stages of your pregnancy after 12 weeks. These classes will help you throughout your pregnancy and will focus on positions for labour, breathing and relaxation techniques.
