Have you ever lifted your child up and worried what might happen to your pelvic floor? 
 
Us too! Our mum and baby (or child!) workout is designed to teach you safe postnatal strength training to gain confidence and acceptance while you learn to love your body. 
 
We focus on strengthening your core your pelvic floor but make sure you have a good workout at the same time! 
 
Get tailored advice and workout tips to make the session really work for you and meet a whole tribe of like-minded mums at the same time. 
 
Funmumsfitness and Wellbeing is about leaving the mum-guilt behind. So bring your little ones, clear a space on the floor and we’ll face those daily challenges with new energy together.
